What we collect

When you send the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, town, email if you give one, and your message. If you tell us about your water, we keep that too. When you call or text, we see your number.

What we use it for

We use it to answer you, to book and carry out your water test, and to write your quote and invoice. We don't sell it. We share it only with a supplier when we order equipment for your job.

Your test results

The result card we write at your visit stays in our job record, so we can size equipment and check back after an install. We don't publish it or share it.

Photos you text us

A photo you text goes to the shop phone. We use it to look at a stain or an existing softener, and we don't post it.

How long we keep it

Job records stay for as long as the work needs a record, such as a warranty question or a permit. Messages that never became a job are deleted on request.
